In addition to our construction services we contribute with our specialized expertise, for example within design build. Our offer includes single-family as well as multi-family housing. We develop residential areas all the way from choosing the location to planning, designing, marketing and sales. The trust we earn with our customers when were developing an office building, logistic facility, retail space or warehouse, forms a solid foundation for every project we initiate. Throughout every step of the development process, we work in close relationships with our vendors as well as the municipalities to create sustainable projects that are profitable to build, operate and maintain. We always put world-class expertise to work in our green building design and construction processes, which places a premium on energy conservation and carbon reduction. The merits of designs that have higher initial costs but lower operating costs over the life of the property are also considered. We compare all suitable alternatives during our planning phases to determine which choices are the most efficient. The experience, knowledge and skills we apply to each project remains even after the transfer of a property has taken place.
